Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I am having issues with a user's email. Every time she launches Entourage, this error comes up. I have tried all the steps listed here http://www.officeformac.com/.59b609df/0 and here http://www.officeformac.com/ms/ProductForums/Entourage/6362 to no avail. Her email opens fine when creating a new identity; it only fails using her old data. Using the Database Utility has not restored the database to useable condition, and there are files that were local to the machine we need to recover. The DB size is reported at almost 18GB. Any ideas?
