the Microsoft Office Access database engine stopped the process because you
and another user are attempting to change
the same data at the same time....

1. tried to compact and repear from manage, but with no luck
the same error
2. tried to read it from another folder
3. tried to read it from another PC

Does anybody know how to fix that?
There are about 16000 records

thank's
/kostas

Create a new database file. Then import everything from your old database to
the new one.

What are you doing to generate the error? This can happen if (for example) you
have a record open on a Form and attempt to run code or a query which tries to
update the record that you have open.

Jerry, I have already done this but when it tries to get the data
it stops because of the same error message...

John,
I just worked on that file on job and when I came back home
I syncronized it with the home version one without first check

I have no idea what that means, Kostas. Is it working now? Is this a
Replicated database (which it should *NOT* be if it contains forms or code)?

not at all John.
there is not a replicate database...
Imagine just one file which has been corrupted
