Database for Family Reunion

Mishell

I have been selected to plan my family's next reunion. I wanted to organize
my family contact information by our geaneology tree. So basically, each
family member would be organized under a major matriarch/patriarch. I
started in Excel, grouping rows that belonged under one contact. However, I
couldn't group within a group... I'm not very familiar with Access, and
didn't see a applicable template. Any ideas on which Office program would be
most suited for my task? I am using Office 2003...

I have been looking at some of them, and I really don't need all the extra
bells and whistles - I was hoping someone may have suggestions I could use
with Office software.
