HI!
With Visio 2002 I can automatically create shapes from a table (MS Access
2000). But what if I have a table with 3000 records? It seems I can NOT tell
Visio only to generate shapes from CERTAIN records and not all of them? So
it automatically BANGS thousands of shapes on my document !!
And in this mode of continuously monitoring the database, deleting a record
from the database also deletes the corresponding visioshape. But in static
mode, when using the "refresh shape" option, deleting a record does NOT
automatically delete the Visio shape (see my previous message). So I must do
this manually in the many corresponding documents and maybe thousands of
shapes??
(Windows 2000 sp3)
Any ideas??
Thanx very much!!
