Database getting erased

Hello Sir,
I have a program is visual basic using ms access 2000
database.
Suddenly it has started erasing the data entered through
VB program. I'm not able to understand the problem.

This has not happen once, its been a regular practice.

How do i over come this? Pls. suggest me the best solution.
