Database inaccessable-Help!

Gee...

I don't know who did what, but when I try and open my database I get first
this message:

Record(s) cannot be read; no read permission on ‘MsysAccessStorage’.

Then this message:

Could not create; no modify design permission for table or query
‘MsysAccessObjects’.

I never made any permissions or restrictions on it and we've been using is
for over 2 years now.

I really need to get this back up today.
