DATABASE INTERFACE WIZARD - has disappeared !

Pls help

The database interface wizard template in FP2003 has disappeared, I have used it before but now when I do this :

1) On the File menu, click Ne
2) on the New task pane, under New Web Site, click More Web site templates
3) double-click Database Interface Wizar

Number 3 is no longer there ?????

Pls can somebody tell me have to retrieve it so when I create a new site I can used is because its v.useful

1. Set FrontPage And SharePoint Technologies to Custom.
2. Select Browse-Time Web Components.
