Database Interface Wizard

I created database through the DIW. I'm not sure when, but recently we
noticed that new entries through the site are not searchable until you go in
and Edit them one by one and resave them. I know when this was originally
created it worked properly. What went wrong?

Sorry. I created the database through the DIW including the Results page
with a search and Submission form. If I add a record through the Submission
form it will not show up on a search through the Results page, until I open
it in the Database Editor and resave it.
