I am trying to complete a mail merge from and Access Database into Word. I
have selected the queiry I want to use and it wont transfer the contacts from
the queiry.
I believe it is because to get the contacts I want in each individual queiry
it is by postal area so I have used the command 'Like "ML1*"' to get everyone
where their postal code begins with ML1. For some reason Word doesn't allow
me to use the *. Is there an alternative I can use in Access instead of the
* or is there a way of gettind the mail merge to work using the *?
