Database Migration Question

You kind of did it the right way....Backup and restore is
the right way to go.

But if you look in SQL Ent Mgr >> YourSQLServer >>
Security >> Logins
you're going to notice that two key accounts
MSProjectServerUser and MSProjectUser logins aren't there.

And if you go to the ProjectServer database you just
restored, you're going to notice under "Users" that
MSProjectServerUser and MSProjectServerUser ARE listed.

That's not going to work.

There are various methods to fixing this...Get your DBA to
look at it and try a reverse-engineer. Otherwise, there
are other things you can do that take a little more time.
