Hi,

You can find the Database templates with Visio 2003 Professional edition
only. Microsoft Office Visio includes three templates that you can use to
design and document logical database models for relational and
object-relational databases.

These are: Database Model Diagram, Express-G, ORM Diagram templates.

You can see these templates -- File-->New--> Choose Drawing Type and then
click on the Databse category.
