Database 'Owner' account deleted

I have an HP laptop with windows XP (home). Background info: Apparently
when you begin using this laptop (HP6715b) it creates an 'Administrator'
account, but as soon as you create your own account, it hides the original
'Administrator' account. My personalised account still has admin rights.
Unfortunately I created my BCM database under the Administrator logon name
and this account has since been deleted from XP. I can no longer sign under
the original Adminstrator account.

Is there anyway to delete the BCM database from the 'Administrator' account
from another user account?

Using Sql tools and an account with administrator privileges, you can
drop the old database from the Sql instance, then delete the
database's files, which will be under the old user's folder under c:
\Documents and Settings.
