Database Password Appears Even Though It Was Never Set.
I found Microsoft Knowledge Base Articles - 243895,321905
that describes the symptom.
Unfortunally suggested resolution doesn't work.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If the database was opened in Word and saved through the Word autosave
function, it is irreparably hosed. There is nothing that can be done to
recover it, at least according to recognized experts in corruption issues.
MichKa Kaplan has some code (Word To the Wise) that will stop this from
happening in the future:

The hyperlink problem can be fixed, but you need to be able to reopen the
database so that you can export the data.
