Database Properties

I'm trying to create a simple list with VBA of the Database Properties
(Under Categories)

A List of:
Column.PhysicalName
Column.DataType
Column.Notes

How do I get there?

It's something like this "Print ThisDocument.OLEObjects.Item(0).???Shape???"
but, I don't know how to get to those fields. This maybe way off but any
help would be great.

I gave up on this, but I hear Enterprise edition of Visio lets you print
this out. I wasted a lot of time putting in Notes into these fields that I
could not print or easily move to a document.

Database generation try Embarcadero products.

i have the same problem here, there seems no way to get these fields
programmaticaly. really hope someone can help. Great thanks in advance!
