Database Properties

I'm creating a DB model and need to turn this over to a
developer who does not have Visio.

How can I print or save the information that I include
under DB Properties (column definitions,notes, primary key
info,etc)? I tried using Tools/Reports/Database and
creating a new report format, but I'm not getting the
fields I need.

I'm using Visio 2002.

Please advise,
