Database Question

I have created a database in Microsoft Office, I have 2000. I want to copy
it to another database using another name. Is this possible, or do I have to
create a new database. It is a wedding address list and I want to be able to
use most of the address in that file into a new file.

Hope I have made myself clear.

I created it in Word using the merge function. It does not give me the
option to save as or export.......

Databases aren't created in Word, they are created in Access. You may
have a table of addresses in Word, but you didn't create it using the
Merge function. Figure out in what file the list of addresses resides
and you have the answer to your problem.
