Database rebuild death message

I start Entourage and before it opens I get a need to rebuild database death message, I have used the utility to rebuild and confirm the database but this has not solved my problem. HELP!

A damaged preference can cause that.
Try going to ~/Library/Preferences/ and look for the Entourage prefs
(They might be in the Microsoft subfolder).
Move them to the desktop and launch Entourage again.
Does it help??

The setting syou might lose by removing this files are mostly trivial,

If you create a new Identity in Entourage, do you have the same problems? If
yes, then Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch
to the New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Open Entourage
and create a new Identity. Does it work in the new Identity?
