Database relationships

I am running Visio 2007 SP2 MSO on Windows XP professional SP 3. I cannot
remember how I was able to create a chart of database table relationships.
There is a utility within Visio that will let you connect to a SQL database
and create a list of the tables and their relationships. I have made several
of these, over two years ago, and cannot remember how I did it. Could someone
help jar my memory?
