database size

I currently have an application that runs on Access 2000
with 4 concurrent users. My db has grown to 250MB and is
not allowing for users to logon or print. What could be
the problem? Is there a conflict between Access 2000 and
network types?

Besides above two responses, have you split the database into 4 front-ends
and 1 back-end? You should do that now if you haven't.
