database test/quiz

Do you know anybody that has built a database either in
Access or other application that can be used to ask
multipule choice questions?
I need the application to ask a question and give 4
options, only one being correct. If the student gets it
right then it adds 1 to their score and they move to the
next question.

Duane Hookom wrote a nice Survey database called AtYourSurvey, which could
