Email Client: imap

I was using Office 2004 and now I just installed Office 2008.
I cannot Run Entourage 2008, Database Utility appears saying: "Select the database you want to maintain" and 4 options are given. I cannot select them because the "continue" botton does not activate.
I can only press quit.
I rebuilt my 2004 database but was useless.

I was using Office 2004 and now I just installed Office 2008. I
cannot Run Entourage 2008, Database Utility appears saying: "Select
the database you want to maintain" and 4 options are given. I cannot
select them because the "continue" botton does not activate. I can

The behavior of the Office 2008 installer is to also ask to remove
previous versions of Office. If you decide not to remove Office 2004,
which is fine, then be aware that you should not run both at the same
time and that you should manually quit the database daemon of one before
launching the other.

Log out of your Mac and log in again or simply restart. Then launch
Activity Monitor found in /Applications/Utilities. Locate any process
that begins with "Microsoft" and quit it. Then launch the version of
Entourage you'd like to use.

The first action of Entourage 2008 should be to look for a folder in
your Microsoft User Data folder called "Office 2008 Identities". If it
doesn't find one then it should look for an older version and ask to
import that. If you haven't successfully upgraded your old identity then
look for the "Office 2008 Identities" folder and delete it before
launching Entourage 2008.

Hope this helps!
