Database versions not reflecting correct version.

Hello,

I am having the strangest problem. We have installed Project Server
2007, Service Pack 1, and then the August (08) CU, then the October
CU.

AFTER installing all of these binaries, we try to create a PWA, it
works, but the PSIs (using ProjTool) AND the Databases both reflect
the RTM version (4518). I have never seen this problem before.

When we try to install the Office Servers SP1 again, it says it is
already installed, as do the CUs.

Please, does anyone know of this issue? I can't find anything on the
web about it.
