database views

I have a database that is shared through a network. On Friday I opened the database and could not see any of the tables. I have a shortcut on my desktop to one of the tables which opens fine but I cannot view any of the other tables (about 50 others). Can anybody help, I have looked at access help but cannot find any answers that actually solve my problem.

Open database and use Tools -> Options, then put
checkmark in Show Hidden Objects
Next you may need to look at properties for each table
and for "Attributes", remove check mark from Hidden box.

Thanks for that. I've already tried the show hidden in the tools - options. That didn't work. Any other ideas
