Database Window is not accessible anymore

I am unable to access the database window anymore since I
have selected various options in the STARTUP feature
(Tools).

Currently, when the db opens, I have very limited choices
in the tool bar. I do not get back to the Startup
options so that I could uncheck the current settings.

Does anyone have an idea as to how I can undo these
settings or gain access to the tables?

Hold down the shift key while opening the database and fix the Start-up
functions...

Yes,

Hold down the shift key until the password dialog appears.
Release the shift key
Enter the password
Hold down the shift key before pressing the return key or clicking on the OK button.
