Database Wizard

I get the following error message when attempting to export Visio shape data
to an XLS database file via database wizard. 'ODBC data source error S1000.
Microsoft Jet Database could not find the object network'
How do I make sure that I have compatible ODBC driver for Excel, normal
search tells me that I do not have one installed on my system?Running Visio
2003 and MSOffice 2000

the basic answer is that excel (although flat files are mistakenly referred
to as databases) is not a database. The default database is often MS Access.

Thanks for your reply, just exported the data to Access via database wizard,
no problemo
