Database Wizard

I am using an Access table and the database results wizard to display the
info from the database works great until I store a map link and display it.
the hyperlink is about 70 charater in length much to long for the page. So I
am trying to use this to creat a caption: <a
target="_blank"href=http://www.mipca.org/ >The Michigan Pest Control
Website</a> which should show www.mipca.org as hyperlink as it does when I
tested it just in FrontPage without using Access, but what shows up is this:
<a target="_blank"href=http://www.mipca.org/ >The Michigan Pest Control
Website</a> the same as what is in the database what am I doing wrong?

In Design View, right-click on the field and choose Database Column Value
Properties and check the box that says: Column value contains HTML
