database wizard

in Access 2003 there was a database wizard when you created a new database,
where do I find it in Access 2007. I am looking for the expense template.
How do I get this wizard activated?

click on Templates

Of course you could also use an A2003 template.

Got to Start, Program Files, then probably something like Microsoft Office,
then find Microsoft Access. This will open up Access without a database. Look
in the left column and you should see Template Categories. However I didn't
see an Expense template.
