Database Won't Open

I receive the error:

The database 'C:\Action DBase\Action Report - Final.mdb'
needs to be repaired or isn't a database file.

You or another user may have unexpectedly quit Microsoft
Access while a Microsoft Access Database was open. Do you
want Microsoft Access to attempt to repair the database?

I selected "Yes", and it closed out of the database. Then
I attempt to go back in again and it says the same thing.
Is there anyway to fix it, and does anyone know why that
happened more in depth than the message I received?

Any help is greatly appreciated. It was working fine
yesterday, but then all of a sudden.

It sounds like corruptions. See Tony Toews' article on corruptions:
