I'm new in this medical office and I have to create a spreadsheet listing all
of the office visits and surgeries on a weekly basis, including all the
co-pays, the no-shows,the billed amounts, the expected amount, cpt codes
for that perticular week. It needs to be neat, organized and easy to
understand. Does anyone have any ideas on how or where can I get some help?

You appear to have posted a "spreadsheet" question to a relational database
table design newsgroup.

Have you tried posting in an Excel newsgroup?

thank you Jeff. I'm all new in the work force and all. It seems like what
is obvious to everyone around is not so obvious to me. So I just need a
little guidance but I don't really want to ask my new co-workers. I
appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. evelyne
