Databases in Word - Merging 2 into 1

I created two separate databases in word, both with the exact same
fields. I would now like to merge one into the other so that I have
one large database, rather than two smaller ones. Does anybody know
how to do that? I am working with Word for Mac (OS X). Thanks.
