For those of you who get an error and can not view the DataSheet View after
installing MSProject Pro 2007 unto a Office 2003 PC, read my solution below.
I think the issue is primarily for Office 2003 users loading MSProject Pro
2007.
When you load MSProject Pro 2007 for the first time, deselect the entire
shared
components and install. If you already have MSProject 2007 installed, do
this from add remove programs aadd remove features. This will fix the data
sheet view however, when a PM or RM goes to build a team or an admin goes to
edit security, there are errors when trying to save. The cure for this seems
to be installing Office 2007 Pro however, if you do not want to install the
office 2007 Pro
suite like us, deselect EVERYTHING except the Office Tools component at the
bottom. WaLA...all is well in the world.
