Date and Time stamping on tasks

Is it possible to track date and or time stamping on tasks being updated so you can track oldest tasks to current updated tasks. I am working on a large project plan of over 6500 tasks and to enable me to track tasks more efficiently, we want to be able to sort tasks that haven't been updated in a while.

Can that be done?

Hi,

Resume gives you the date the first non-actual work is planned
Stop gives you the last date any actual work was recorded

That is how I track it.
