Date Calculations

I have a table in word, with the first row across being the dates of the week
from Sunday to Saturday. I'd like to have the first field be a form field
for the user to enter Sunday's date, and I'd like Word to calculate the
remaining 6 dates based on Sunday's date. I know how to do this in Excel,
but can't figure out if it can be done in Word.

Which is why this should be done in Excel, or in an Excel sheet inserted in
Word.
