Thanks Douglas The way I determine the product out is using a checkbox and a
dateout field in the Products table the products in I use a dtein field plus
a unique productcode for each item all I need is to calculate the total
products daily from 22-feb-07 upto now with each days total reflected on a
form

What are the names and data types of all of the fields in the two tables?
