Date change when messages moved for second time

In Outlook 2003, I have created Rules for my Inbox. Depending on the Account
which received the message, the message is moved to one of four folders
(Inbox Personal, Inbox Company A, etc).
This works fine. But when I move the message from one of these four folders
to its final destination folder, the Date Received changes to the date on
which it was moved.
Any solutions?

Hi DL.

No, it's definitely the "Received" date label. But your question made me dig
a little deeper, and do some testing (which I should have done in the first
place).
My original mail was wrong. The problem is not occurring with messages
transferred from my various Inboxes. The problem occurs with copies of
messages which I have sent.
I have a rule which places a copy of Sent messages into one of four other
Sent folders (Personal, Company A, etc). When I transfer some (but not all)
of these copied Sent messages to another folder, the Received Date changes to
the date the message is moved.
It seems to be only with messages where I am forwarding or replying. I will
note the behaviour over the coming days, and post my findings.
Thanks for your interest.
