Date conversion in Excel 123456789

I am trying to concatenate three cells

A1=12345
B1=01
c1=MM/DD/YY(01/01/04)

When I enter +A&"-"&+B1&","+c1

I get 12345-1,378453

How do I get the a date format when I concanrenate???

The rsult I need to get ist 12345-1,01/01/04
How do I do this in Excel?

Use

=A1&"-"&B1&","&TEXT(C1,"mm/dd'yy")

and in C1 use 01/01/04

And if B1 is a problem too (01 and 1 is the same thing unless it's strictly text) then use
the same technique there:
