Date Field (Last Day of Month)

Hi,

I enter a date into a field and want another field to
display the last day of the month + 1 year that I entered
into the first field.

dteMembership
dteExpiration

For example: If the person joined 3/13/04(dteMembership),
I want dteExpiration to display 3/31/05.
