Date Fields

I have a sentence in a document and need two dates in it, one would be
current and then one 6 months later or 540 days, Can someone help with the
field codes. Here is the sentence:

Enclosed please find a receipt dated October 15, 2009. You have six (6)
months to receive an update, or on _________________ (this is the place where
I need a field code to automatically calculate the days.
