How do I change the date format in my Outlook Calendar from reading 2009 02
to February 2009? My computer got re-booted and now I can't figure out how
to get the date to read the way it used to!

That's a Windows setting, not an Outlook setting. Look at the Long Date
format on Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Customize>Date.
