Date Format

The standard version of Project 2003 has a default of month-day-year for
start & finish dates. Does anyone know of a way to change it to
day-month-year?

Project 2003 always uses the system settings for dmy order. You can change
these system settings through the "regional and language options" section of
Windows Control Panel.
