Date Formula

I have a date in cell D8 which is a week ending date (on
Sunday). In cells C12, E12, G12, I12, K12, M12, and O12
are dates for days Saturday through Friday. What formula
would I use to calculate the dates for each day of the
week based on the weekending date in cell D8?

Not sure about Saturday, one of following
C12: =D8-1 or =D8-8
E12: =D8
G12: =D8-6
I12: =D8-5
etc.
