Date in File Name of Save As dialog box

I am using Word 2002.

Is there any way that I can go to the path (C:\Memos) and
place the date (format mm-dd-yy) in the File Name input
box of the Save As dialog box.

I don't want the file automatically saved but would like
to display the Save As dialog box to make whatever
changes to the name that I wish.

To summarize, I would like to go to the C:\Memos folder,
have the date in the File Name box and display the Save
As dialog box.

Can someone please help, with this vexing problem?
