Hi all Outlook users,
we have a curious problem with Outlook XP working with a Cyrus IMAp
server.
The date/time for received emails is displayed correctly, but for sent
emails (which are moved to a Sent Folder on the IMAP server using a
Rule), all dates are 8 hours off. As we are at +0800, it looks that
OL considers the date/time returned by the IMAP server as UTC
and again offsets any displayed times by 8h.
This does not happen for emails in the user's IMAP Inbox, only for sent
emails.
Could this be a problem with the TNEF format, ie some form of date
encapsulated in the TNEF attachment that is seen wrongly?
anyhelp would be appreciated
