Date is one day off - how do we fix

Occasionally when we put profiles into Outlook XP the person's calendar is
one hour off. On one PC it is fine and then the profile is loaded onto
another PC and it is off.
Is there a FIX for this?

make sure that the computer that you are having the
trouble on has the Automatically adjust clock for
daylight savings checked. Confirm this in windows xp by
double clicking on the clock in the taskbar and selecting
the Time Zone tab.

We have taken the profile off, set the PC to the correct time and checked the
box for daylight savings time. Then we have reinstalled the profile and some
items in the calendar are still off.
