Date Math on a work sheet

How can I get a the number of years with Decimals when I have as birth
date in on cell and want to subtract it from the system date.


Eg Birthdate 14 Jun 1994
System Date Now() 18 Feb 2005

10.5 years

If the birthdate is in Cell C3 and the system date is in cell C4, you
can enter the following into cell C5 to get a good approximation of
the number of years, expressed with a decimal:

=(C4-C3)/365.25
