Date Navigator is not bolding days containing items.

Even though I have that item checked under View>Current View>Customize
Current View>Other Settings>Bolded dates in Date Navigator represent days
containing items. I have Office 2000. Thank you.

in what time period? it only bolds ahead 10 months and back two.
