Date of Birth Conversion to Age

How can I enter a date of birth and have it convert to age
using a range I have predetermined? As an example; if I
enter a DOB of Apr 1, 1986 and it falls between 8/2/85 and
7/31/86, the age is 17.

Take a look at the Age() function here:

It accepts an optional argument for specifying the date at which you want
the age.
