Date on Inbox Incorrect

For the past 4 days "most" incoming emails in my O/Look 2003 are being
posted exactly 1 month in the past! [eg instead of 1st January I can find
them as unread in 1st December] ??

The system date & time is correct

Has anyone got any ideas?
