Date on incoming mail not correct

The date in the inbox only shows the first of the month
regardless of date received, the month changes and is
correct but the date is always the 1st. The date is
correct when opening and looking at the e-mail. Any
suggestions, the provider indictes it is not their issue ?

I can not find anywhere to set an option for this
