Date on Link on Information

I use OneNote to research information and need a date as well as the link to
site in papers. Any idea how to get the date to show up with the link
automatically?

In the present version it won't happen automatically but you can press
ALT+SHIFT+F and insert the current date time anywhere you want in OneNote.

You have to have SP1 installed for that to work, by the way.
